If you upgraded Windows on the laptop and did not reinstall then most likely that is the source of the problem. You should uninstall / reinstall. Please note that the way you are running the program may not be quite "kosher". Timeslips multi-user is licensed for a core computer/server holding the cfg file and the database and all workstations working off that. It is not really intended that you install a core license (cfg file and database) on another computer.
