Our IT people recently disabled the Billing Assistant module in Timeslips 2014 as it was corrupt and would not allow us access to certain clients through this module to make changes to time entry slips. It seems the latest versions of Timeslips since 2011 have had corruption and/or error messages that require us to exit Timeslips and re-enter it, and now this latest problem. Has anyone else encountered similar problems. Our IT person said our "physical" hardware is causing the corruption problems. Don't know what that means. Our computers are somewhat new and used Window 7. We have been a long time user of Timeslips, but had to replace 2011 with 2014 and the program seems to get worse rather than better.
