Can you verify that you have only 1 Timeslip.cfg installed and it's on the server. There should be none on the workstations. Also, can you go into the registry on that workstation with the problem and see where it thinks Timeslips install files and database is. Sometimes this happens when you have mixed XP and WIn7 workstations and are using mapped drives instead of UNC.
