Sue, the problem is that we don't understand why it isn't printing either. There is nothing particularly unusual about the credit balance, so we are left sort of scratching our heads about what it could be. Hence the recommendation to just have one of us look at it. Often times that is a lot faster than trying to diagnose something via a few sentences/clues here on the board. Hope this helps.
