The clients that I can select in the "Client Classification" filter are only clients with open files. I don't see how this filter will eliminate closed clients appearing on the report. The "Slip Classification" is the only filter that allows you to choose "open", "inactive", "temporary" or "closed" clients and the only boxed I've checked off is "open". How do I know whether I'm looking at a closed client or closed slip? I went to "Names" then "Client Info" and then looked at the "Client List". There are clients under tabs open, inactive, temporary and closed. We have assumed that clients on that list are closed. Is this right?? or do these tabs refer to slips? I think we may need to update to a newer version and try again....
