Hi - we haven't used the purge facility on Timeslips before. I've read the help files but I'm continually getting an error message saying 'Timeslips could not find the expected record. Perhaps the record was deleted'. This means that we can't proceed with any purging. We're running v2011 and have records in the system from v2008 - is this likely to be a conversion issue? If so, how do we get around it? Thanks so much.
