Not sure why the flat fees are unassigned except to ask if you are sure that for each flat fee billed there was at least one slip recorded on the bill? Also not sure there is any way to assign them as you ask. Going forward be sure that is the case and consider using the timekeeper collections report which should include slips on flat fee bills provided there is at least one slip. Given you have created profiles, simply attach each timekeeper to the appropriate profile and give them a password. Make sure your administrator password is secure.
