The Sage Timeslips Obsolescence Policy provides support of the current Sage Timeslips product release and, unless otherwise indicated below, two prior releases of the Sage Timeslips product. Product support includes live customer support and compatibility with other add-on products or services offered, including connectivity with Sage Timeslips eCenter . Sage will only support an obsolete product until a customer's support plan for that product expires. Timeslips eCenter customers currently using Sage Timeslips 2012 in conjunction with eCenter will lose the ability to exchange data between the two on October 31 st , 2014. We encourage all eCenter customers currently on Timeslips 2012 to perform any necessary downloading of data prior to October 31 st , 2014 and/or upgrade their on premise Timeslips product to a supported version to continue eCenter connectivity.
