And you have marked it final bill and approved that bill? If you did that and it still didn't work, I don't know what to tell you. It is working in my tests.

You can also generate the charges on hold analysis report to see a summary of all clients that are on any type of hold (slip or client).

You could also just leave them off hold completely. Print their drafts along with your regular drafts and then just DON"T bill them that cycle. Sort of like a "let it ride" til the next cycle....
