The data verification say you have clients with a custom field of closed that have invalid data. You can do a repair and let Timeslips fix it which usually means making the field blank. With tools consultants have we could identify the specific records easily so that you know which to fix.  You could also go through the customers to try to identify the problems and fix them. Not convinced that is the problem with the data entry and sometimes when you fix some errors others appear. You need to fix the error but I also think you should try going to setup - preferences - appearance/interface - restore all windows.   Let us know if that helps.
