Sort of, but what I think you need to do is keep the old database to track the old balances, and then create a new database based on current to bring over the clients, tasks, timekeepers, etc, but no balances.  Can't really tell from your two sentence question. I'd need to discuss it with you a bit further in order to adequately advise. This is one of those situations where you could really save yourself a lot of grief by just hiring a Certified Consultant for an hour vs. trying to DIY.
