Our firm recently upgraded to Sage Timeslips 2014 from version 2011. In the "Client Information" general tab there is a box to check if you want to make all "Slips Default to No Charge". The box is currently checked for a some clients. Since the upgrade to TS 2014, entering new slips for these clients are not defaulting to no charge. I understand I can simply choose the slip to be "no charge" but that's an extra step when you have a lot of slips to enter. Is this a glitch with TS 2014 or a settings issue? Any suggestions on how to fix will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
