Well, that is something we are trying to test right now. We are not sure why some folks are having issues and as I said we are looking for patterns as to when and why it might be occurring. One theory we are chasing this week is if it makes a difference if you loaded the original release and later got the SR, or if you downloaded after the SR had been released and installed with the SR already included in the download. It may also make a difference if it is an upgrade over an existing install, or a new install using the reinstall codes.
