This one is definitely going to be more of a guess, since there's just not much in your post to go on. IF you see the entries when using the hold option on prebills, then I guess I would go with the idea that there is some sort of hold somewhere and would run a Charges on Hold Analysis to find out what is being held. From the topmost menus, Reports, Client, Charges on Hold Analysis. Make sure no client or date filters are chosen, you want this one wide open. As for the Generate Bills issue, you are correct, the only option is to release SLIP BASED holds and it sounds like you might have some CLIENT based holds. But really it is almost impossible to day without remoting in and taking a look at it. Could be just a filter or something. The 13 pages thing is REALLY bizarre. Hope this helps. Nancy Duhon, Esq.
