Sage is acutely aware, and diligently looking into the issue regarding the eCenter service. Our IS team has been, and is currently investigating and implementing actions in an effort to stabilize the service for our customers. We are aware of the impact this has on our customer’s businesses and are looking to resolve the current issue as expediently as possible. We sincerely apologize for the issue, and will continue to closely monitor the situation.
