Hmm, that is an odd one. So, the field exists and you can see it as a possible filter, but the content of that filter is: blank or a list of client names? I'd get everyone out, make a backup and do a Data Verification (under File menu at the topmost left) and choose to Look for Errors ONLY. If it comes back with no errors, then I would run it again and choose to Rebuild Data Indices. If that does not help, then restore the backup you did before starting anything. If you get any problems when you choose Look for Errors Only, then the next step will depend on what those errors are.
