If the slips have different references on them, or some other easy way to separate, then yes you can. You could also manually select slips but that would be difficult. If the slips are not billed you could add references or use the custom field. If they are billed then this requires editing billed slips which is possible in limited cases but I will not provide details here as it is risky and I don't want to provide instructions in a public forum that could lead to misuse or problems.
