I am sure your prototype report would be a big improvement. Part of the trouble I have is that I haven't learned how to customize the Timeslips reports, so I am working from regular reports. I am assuming you are providing a business service, and I don't know if or what my boss would be willing to pay for a prototype report. The other issue I have with the Iowa online claims system is that they will not import any description that is more than 250 characters long. Since over 25% of our descriptions are more than 250 characters long, that means I end up doing a major editing job in Excel before I can upload the form anyway. Anyway, I'm going to study how to make a customized report when I get some time if I can't get my hands on something like your prototype report. Thank you for your advice and interest.
