Forum Post: RE: I have found that some of my accounts on Timeslips say they aren't on hold when they are and they don't generate a pre-bill.

I couldn't find that report, but I discovered that if I put "full bill" on hold it showed that it was on hold. Without putting that hold on it said it wasn't on hold in the overview screen. Any idea why that would be? This appears to be the only client this is affecting.
