I have a customer who has been using Timeslips 2013 with Lotus Notes to send their bills via email. They tell me that they usually print the bills to display, print to printer and approve them. When approved Timeslips creates the email but, before it is sent, the emails open up in Lotus Notes so changes can be made before being sent. They are moving to MS Outlook (with exchange online) and Timeslips now sends the emails straight to the customer I am happy to be corrected, but I understood that you couldn't preview the emails before they were sent. Sending automatically is the norm for Timeslips. If I am correct in my assumption, then it appears that someone may have modified Lotus Notes to do this. Has anybody managed to do this in Outlook?
