KLC: So sorry to hear that Electronic Billing has been visited upon you. Getting the first bills out is a bit of a bear. The good news is that once you get the hang of it, you will be okay, but trying to do the first ones via trial and error can be pretty frustrating. Do you see the field on the slip for References at all? It appears below Client/Task, but above the Description. Your database may have references disabled and you just need to turn them back on under Settings | Features Enabled.
