You don't say what version of Timeslips but I would say you have a couple of options. If you have a backup from close to just before the bill was run, then the best bet is to restore the backup. Otherwise, you will probably need to work with technical support or a certiifed consultant to repair the database. The third option is to create a new client. You would then transfer whatever you can to the next client and close and purge the damaged one. If there is a lot of history on the old client you could make them inactive and save the history.
