Forum Post: Phone Numbers in Mail Merge?

I've got a quick newbie question on the Timeslips Mail Merge feature: I would like to use the phone numbers for our clients in Timeslips in a Mail Merge word document. But these phone numbers do not appear in the list of data fields in a Word document created through TS' mail merge feature. Is there a way to get those phone numbers to show up in the Word data fields? Thank you! Ellen Dorn
