I work for a small law firm. We recently purchased 2 license upgrades for an upgrade from 2015 to 2018. I tried to install the upgrade over the weekend (when technical support is closed) and now I am stuck. It seems that I did not realize I needed to convert the data base from our 2015 version beforehand. Also, this 2018 version seems to not have the same installation/application requirements that the previous versions did. Now I've installed my upgrade but cannot access my database. Every time I try, I get this message: ------------------------------------------------------------ Sage Timeslips has encountered an error Unable to create database TSReg Area: System Error Error Code: n/a Class: Exception Version: 26.0.1.228 Date: 8/6/2017 Time: 5:23:24 PM ------------------------------------------------------------ Does anyone have a solution or even an idea of where to start? I'd appreciate it very much. Thank you.
