Hi Caren2, thank you for your response and solution to my issue. I realize that TS 2008 is very old and support for it would almost be obsolete. But then you came to the rescue!! You are my hero! It was the Team Viewer that caused the issue. I had configured it for unattended remote access, to start with Windows, assigned it to our account and enabled easy access so that I could login remotely by just double clicking on the computer. I signed out of Team Viewer and launched TS and to my surprise and absolute contentment my data populated and everything is functional again.
