I spent days on the phone, on chat lines and exchanging email with Sage Customer Service and Sage City Mayor trying to get a password that would work. Every time I tried to sign in I got an error message "invalid user credentials." Sage City sent me a dozen temporary passwords that were invalid. Yesterday, I thought we had it solved. I was able to sign in and post a question. This morning I tried to sign in using the same user name and password and again got "invalid user credentials." After another hour in Customer Service Hell, I got another password and signed in using it. Having to reset the password on every sign in is too big a barrier to using this site. What is the problem?
