I did not see a "restore" option, but assume you are referring to the "default" option. I tried this several times with no luck.

Did you have all windows closed when you did this? You can try closing Timeslips and deleting your prefs.prf file. You will need to re-set your preferences to how you want them but this might work....

I am not comfortable deleting the file. What do you mean by "hands on" assistance? My firm has an IT vendor we deal with, but they have no familiarity with timeslips.

View ArticleMy clients preferred the "In reference to" field be on the first client screen.
Perhaps you can add an option to choose which screen opens. Then these clients can choose to view the "In reference to" page when they open a client.
