If cases have been made inactive you need to reactivate them and then make sure they are linked before you make changes. Sometimes this requires going into the connected databases table in Timeslips and updating the matter. Alternatively you can create a new matter in Timeslips. When you update information in Amicus to send to Timeslips you have to make sure you update the billing information box within Amicus in order to do everything correctly. You might want to invest in a brief training session with a consultant (like myself or Nancy Duhon) who is certified in both programs and can review your current processes and help with how to properly update.
