The date, either the start or the end date is not in the range selected. Nope The slip is marked Do Not Bill Nope The slip is marked Hold Nope The layout does not itemize slips on the bill Nope The bill arrangement page says to Hold charges Nope The bill is in Revision stage. Nope Do the slips appear on a Prebill Worksheet for the client? Never tried that and never do that. It's something to do with that specific client, see comments above. I agree that it never happens for no reason, but it there's no apparent reason. Really strange. Also, I reiterate that my question above was whether this happens to others, not how to troubleshoot the cause or how fix it because I have tried nearly all those things numerous times to resolve it.
