Whenever I have a slip that's not appearing on a bill as expected, I use one of the other parts of Timeslips to help me figure it out. The next time this happens: 1) try Billing Assistant: choose Bills > Billing Assistant; then click on Go To Billing Details, then look at the Time Slips section. If a slip doesn't appear there, it won't appear on the bill. 2) try PreBill Worksheet: choose Bills > Pre-Bill Worksheet; set up a filter to show only that client; print to Display. This report shows all the settings that affect bills. I know you said you were using the same layout for both bills (the one where slips were missing and the one where the recreated slips were appearing), but as Caren said, be aware that some layout settings affect how slips appear. Open the layout and choose Layout > Layout Options. There are four options at the bottom of this screen that affect how charges for billing arrangements (flat fees) display on bills. Good Luck!
